Orders are generally processed between 3-4 business days. We do not ship during weekends and holidays. 

Can I sell your products on my website or in my own shop?

Can I have Fourfeels chocolate at my event?

How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards are sent by e-mail and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. From that e-mail, you will be able to write your personalized note and forward it to your lucky one. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. 

How can I use my promo code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout. Please note that restrictions may apply depending on the purchased product as well as on-going promotions.

Can I use multiple promo codes at the same time?
Our website allows for one promo code per order. Please use the code that gives you the biggest discount now, and save the other for your next purchase!

Can I use my discount on any item?
Yes, unless otherwise specified. Please note that promo codes do not apply to gift cards purchases.

Subscriptions

All subscriptions boxes are sent the 10th of each month.  

How does the subscription discount work? 
You get 15% off your monthly subscription when you commit to our 12 months plan with Maca Walnut or Ashwagandha Coconut. You get 20% off your monthly subscription when you commit to our 12 months plan with the Bundle of two flavours. Feel free to email us for more information: info@fourfeels.ca 

When are subscription boxes shipped? 
All subscription boxes are shipped the 10th of each month.

Shipping 

We ship within 3-4 business days for one-time orders. We do not ship during weekends and holidays. For subscriptions, please see the section above.  

How are shipping costs calculated?
We offer free shipping on all orders above $25 CAD within Canada and the U.S.

All shipping fees are calculated by the courier company, Canada Post.

How long should I expect to wait for my order?
We take 3-4 business days to fulfill any order. Canada Post usually delivers orders between 3-9 business days depending on your location.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Exchange & Refund

If you are not satisfied within 7 days following the reception of your purchase, simply reach out to us at info@fourfeels.ca. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase attached to the e-mail and let us know how we can help you. We will gladly assist you.

Any feedback is welcome! 

Non-returnable/refundable items:
Gift cards, chocolate products and items on sale. Shipping fees for a refund will be at the cost of the consumer. 

Consumable products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
