How long before my order is shipped?
Orders are generally processed between 3-4 business days. We do not ship during weekends and holidays.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges. Fourfeels Inc. is not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by Fourfeels Inc.
Import charges are normally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees. However, as charges vary across countries, Fourfeels Inc. advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Can I sell your products on my website or in my store?

How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards are sent by e-mail and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. From that e-mail, you will be able to write your personalized note and forward it to your lucky one. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
How can I use my promo code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout. Please note that restrictions may apply depending on the purchased product as well as on-going promotions.
Can I use my discount on any item?
Yes, unless otherwise specified. Please note that promo codes do not apply to gift cards purchases.
When are orders shipped?
We ship within 3-4 business days for one-time orders. We do not ship during weekends and holidays.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Non-returnable or refundable items
Gift cards, consumable products, items on sale and items part of a promotion. Shipping fees for a refund will be at the cost of the consumer.
Consumable products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
